Description: P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using fresh ingredients. With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang's now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrees, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.

Sesame chicken and sesame beef with brown rice plus shrimp with long life noodle

Every dish is flavorful. Take out order has its own parking spots which make it very easy for loading the takeout orders

This was our first visit to this particular restaurant. The service was wonderful, place was clean, food was good, some of the meat was a bit greasy.

This location isn't what it used to be. When we arrived, both the hostess and manager were on the phone. Finally we were seated, mind you, it wasn't crowded at all(now I know why). The waitress came promptly and cleared away the extra settings. Then it took quite a while for her to return and take our orders. My husband ordered crispy Honey Chicken. When our orders arrived about 30 minutes later, I received what I ordered (albeit a smaller portion than served at other locations). My husband had never ordered this dish before, so he was extremely disappointed at how spicy it was and there was no honey taste to it at all. He could barely eat it since he avoids spicy foods. Imagine our surprise when the check came and we saw that the waitress ordered him Kung Pao Chicken (a spicy dish), and not what he'd ordered. When we mentioned this, the waitress said "you should have said something". Never having ordered either dish before, what should he have said? We will not be returning to this location.

we came to the mall to shop and decided to have lunch at PF Changs, as we do not have this restaurant on Staten Island. The timing was right as we entered before the crowds so we had prompt and cheerful service. Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant. The food, as it always is was delicous. It was a great way to start off our day

We were initially seated at a dirty table. We requested to be moved only to be moved to another dirty table(visible food particles and grease on the seats) by a rude host. The manager we spoke to offered us appetizers as a goodwill gesture. Yet here we sit and wait for our server to return just to take our drink order. The party which came in ten minutes after us has already had their entree order put in. We waited an additional 45 minutes to receive mediocre chicken fried rice and saturated in oil kung pao shrimp. My question is why have we been treated differently? Dismissed by the host and ignored by the server are not an inviting environment. We are highly disappointed by this particular location especially to have driven 45 minutes for mediocrity and disregard.
