It's sort of like Chinese food filtered through an American chain mentality. Comfortable room, standard upscale chain service, good imported and craft beers. The special spring Peking Duck roll was tasteless, the pork dumpling fillings were tasty but the dough was excessively thick, lacking any delicacy. Shrimp with lobster sauce had no lobster flavor and had fermented black beans in the sauce, not correct. Mapo Tofu was fried which I'd never seen before. Nice presentations and generous portions. It's a corporate take on the Polynesian restaurants of 50 years ago. They should have a Pu-Pu platter.
