Very clean which is all i care about. Plus room service was fast and food was good. The sheets and carpet were clean and dry not damp like some hotels I have turned down. Also no weird smells. Ok this part is just for 200 more characters the review needs in order to post .

First night I complained about my ac not working (Room 343) about 7pm before leaving the hotel for dinner. Came back and the front desk told me that somebody checked it and it was Ok just "leave it at 67°". At about 12am I had to come down and ask for a change of rooms because I was alkost sweating and AC was cooling at all. They swapped me to another room (310) and it was ok, it wasnt cooling like a hotel room should but it was better than the other room. On Tuesday when I came back from work I find out I didnt have a TV remote, so I was going to call front desk to have somebody bring me one, SURPRISE, the phone on my room didnt work. I had to walk down to the feont desk to let them know about the remote and the phone. Came back from dinner and was told that I had a remote on my room and phone was fixed. When I got to my room I had a remote but the phone still didnt work. AC still not cooling enough. Came back on Wednesday at about 530pm and my room key didnt work and had to come back down to get it reprogrammed. Nobody said Im sorry or sorry for the inconvenience. Overall appearence of this hotel is like it was built in 1975 and somebody did a 75% renovation on it but still has 25% more to go to finish it. Wall outlets on the rooms seem from 30 yrs ago with like a beige faded color. Hallways temperature is like 95°, room service leaves all the trash and food on the stairs in each floor. Elevators look really old and beat up. Floor indicators on the display in each floor dont work. So my experience here was awful, no customer service at all. On Tuesday morning came down at 7am to have breakfast just to find out after eating that my room didnt include it and had to pay $18 for it. Keep in mind I had to change rooms at 1am because AC wasnt working.

I wouldnt come back to this hotel ever again.

Very clean property with nice rooms that appear to have been recently redone. This was the quietest hotel I've ever experienced. The restaurant has very good food. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Noisy HVAC unit in our room.
It cycled on and off loudly the entire night.
It was too chilly a night to turn the unit off, we needed heat.
This problem kept me awake the entire night.
As well, the mattress was way too mushy .

The hotel and my room were very clean.
The facilities/amenities such as the Gym, Pool, etc. were fine.
Easy to get to. Right off Rt. 46. There were Church's and restaurants' in close proximity. Also shopping available in the immediate area in case you forgot something at home!
