“New Chef Rocks”
Reviewed February 7, 2011

'We went there with a party of 8. We love Chef Roda's food from another restaurant and heard he moved here.

The food was fantastic. Took the "Tour of Italy" for 2, veal, eggplant, shrimp, chicken, and so on and so on. A few in our party got the seafood fra diavolo, and it was top shelf all the way. A few got pizza, and it was delicious as well. Everyone got gourmet food at reasonable prices, big portions, and a cozy atmosphere.

FYI...Parking lot, BYO with a liquor store across the street.

Can't wait to go back.

“Rosas is under new management”
Reviewed November 7, 2010

There are all new people, all new cuisine and 2 new top chefs Robert Higney 37 yrs experience and his partner Frank Rhodi 30 yrs experience. There is an all new authentic Italian and American Cuisine. You have to experience it for yourself . Words cant explain how wonderful it was. There is a new professional service staff headed by Dan Bauer. Come and join the new family at The new Rosas Italian Restaurant. Cuisine and service the way it was meant to be. Bon Appetite!

“Doesn't Look Like Much....But Don't Disparage”
Reviewed January 17, 2010

This restaurant functions primarily as a local pizza joint but beyond its side french double doors lies a surprisingly good quality italian restaurant. The decor may be '50ish and the service may not be ideal, but arrive with a good bottle of wine (BYOB) and a little patients and you will not be disappointed.

Hot, toasted italian bread will soon be forthcoming and if you order shrimp parmigiana, chicken rollatini or one of the many veal dishes - the menu is extensive, you will savor an unique approach to saucemaking prevalent at may fine restaurants.
