I've been a guest at this hotel since it was opened several years ago. As a Hilton Diamond member, the importance of cheerful, professional hotel management and staff (all levels from site manager to housekeeping) make the difference.
During my recent stay 12-15 January, front desk manager Naseesa and colleagues, Kevin and Maya were particularly helpful in booking my favorite room.
PS: I had a medical incident while in the hotel a few years ago; the staff was extremely helpful getting immediate assistance preventing any permanent consequences and on return visits made me feel especially welcome. I am very grateful!
