Visited A Touch of Italy for my birthday and found the service to be very good but the food was mixed. Fried Mozzarella was tasteless, salad and chicken soup was very good, my wife had shrimp parmigiana which was very good, my entree which was capellini Bolognese was the worst I have ever had. To explain the sauce was ok but the capellini was reduced to a paste. For an italian restaurant they don't know how to cook pasta.
