the motel was clean and looked good, but very noisy at night. We stayed two nights, a week apart, and both nights were very noisy. The second room was very small, but all over good for the price. There was no coffee in the room.

I needed an inexpensive room for a couple of nights in Edison, and this place fit the bill. The hotel looks like it caters to contractors by the number of work trucks in the lot, but it was quiet and the room was clean. There is a good choice of restaurants in the area and the hotel is convenient to I-287, the Turnpike and the Parkway. The wifi was a little balky, but that was not a big deal.

Room Tip: I stayed in the very back of the hotel (Room 270) which was very quiet.

I was very concerned with this place but that turned out to be unfounded. My biggest worry was bed bugs as some have commented. I came in fully equipped with sprays, ointment, bed bug wrist band etc - but have to say all that was unnecessary. This place was fine - it's a motel, your typical average motel in a small town, and price was very good. Free wifi worked fine too. Beds were reasonably comfortable. There's a vending machine in the little room next to the office, as well as an ATM. If you have to stay in Edison for some reason, and don't want to fork out much, then this place should do the trick!

I had read reviews about this place and wasn't going in with high hopes. To my surprise, the property seemed maintained and the rooms were clean. Some of the beds felt like they lost a bunch of springs, but were still alright for the night. The staff were willing to help.
Lots of good value here.

This was by far the worst hotel ever. Then we open the room door and we are hit with a cross of Fabreeze and stale smoke in a non-smoking room. Large crack in the wall by the bed. Bathroom light fixture has no glass dome on it so your hit with a glaring bare bulb. Cigarette burns on the table and bathroom floor. Hair in clumps on the floor in the room and bathroom. Rooms are in need of a desperate renovation. Then at about 3:30am we hear the sound of running water coming from the bathroom but we are in bed so how could that be? The water is pouring down from the light fixture directly over the toilet. Now I know why the dome is missing. We can not move as the hotel is booked so we pull up our big girl pants and deal with it. Maintenance though polite and friendly do nothing stating that one room above us said they just got out of the shower and the other occupied room will not answer the door.
So it happens again at 3:30 in the morning the next night as this seems to be more of a no-tell motel then a motel if you get what I mean. The police were also outside of our room at about 4am as well. Did I mention the 24 hour smell of pot outside?
When we checked out and entered the lobby the clerk although a very nice woman walked out to greet us with her toothbrush and tooth paste in her mouth. You can't make this stuff up and trust me it gets better. She actually was about to conduct business with the tooth paste still in her mouth.
We then go to make sure we leave nothing in our room and look under the bed and find several used condom wrappers.
Can not recommend this hotel to anyone at all look for another hotel to stay.

We got there a bit early and were flatly told so. They did have a room for us, though. It was on the second floor, not all that convenient with a dog, but ok. The infrastructure of the place left a bit to be desired and there was mold in the bathroom. This is my least favorite thing to see in a hotel room!
