I had dinner with a friend on Tuesday evening. We had a reservation at 6:30 pm and the restaurant was mostly filed. There were many large family groups of 6 people or more, celebrating birthdays. The steaks were very high quality, what you expect from the River Palm, prime, aged meat. We shared a sushi roll which was excellent and enjoyed the complimentary salad before our entrees were served. We each had the filet mignon with bone-in. We shared the home fries (a little disappointing). For desert my friend had the ice cream sundae. If there is one area where the restaurant could improve it would be to have more interesting deserts.
