“Quick stop for ice cream ..”
Reviewed September 7, 2012

Good place for a quick stop for an ice cream cone ... if you want a sundae or something more -- quite pricey.

“DQ is just a classic”
Reviewed March 31, 2012

It's a Dairy Queen. The woman that runs is is very nice and the prices have stayed reasonable. Always clean and neat and well lit.

“Superb!”
Reviewed January 25, 2012

DQ has it all over the ice cream industry! Yummy treats and lots of flavors to choose from. Doesn't have to be a hot day to enjoy a nice icy treat!

“Great place for ice cream”
Reviewed November 29, 2011

This is an outdoor only Dairy Queen so you may not want to go in the winter months unless you don't mind sitting in your car or getting it to go. I think they sell hot dogs, but the vast majority of the people get ice cream.

The thing I like best is that you talk to the person that makes your dessert so you can ask for variations or things that are not on the menu. For example, I got a Blizzard and asked for "something minty with brownies and fudge" and they made it. If you try that at one of the indoor Dairy Queen's, they say they cannot do it as it's not a button on the cash register. The owner has also kept the recipes for every Blizzard flavor of the month for the last 10 years so it's nice if you are in the mood for something that's not part of the regular menu. We even take our dog and order a "doggy cup" which is a cup of vanilla ice cream with a dog bone on top.

The fact that you can get ANY flavor dessert you want makes this place an excellent choice.
