I am a native speaker of Mandarin/Chinese and whenever we visit this restaurant, we always get the hidden menu. The menu is written in Chinese characters and the food is quite authentic as well as reasonably priced. If you are not afraid of eating fat (a mix of lean meat and fat/skin from what I believe is pork leg), then the "smothered pork" should be your choice. The fat melts in your mouth and the sauce is sweet and delicious. For appetizer, try their scallion pancake. Typically if I go with a colleage, we get three dishes and the total after tax and tips is around $24.
