Travel frequently to this area and make Bonefish a stop most times. Although achain they do a very nice job. Service has always been excellent and the food well prepared. I keep coming back because of the service and consistent food on a familiar menu.

Stopped here on a a wintry Sunday night, around dinnertime hour. Place appeared to be about 1/3 full. Haven't been to a Bonefish Grill before, but I know what they are (a somewhat upscale chain restaurant). Seated right away, sat at a very small table (seems to be a theme here in reviews) and service was prompt.

I'm getting very tired of restaurants trying to be higher end by thinking that means having multiple wait staff take care of customers. The first server says "hi, my name is XXX, I'll be taking care of you tonight", and then our salad is brought by someone else, our entrees are brought by someone else, etc. Perhaps it should be "hi, my name is XXX, I'll take your order then later bring the check". I personally feel that having several wait on a table means no one takes responsibility. And, as a result, service is mediocre. It was average here. Drink orders taken, then food orders after drinks poured, we enjoyed a decent wine selection, then BAM out comes the salads - like a minute or two later (how did they do that?). We leisurely are eating our salads (and no one can accuse me of being a slow eater), and BAM out comes our entrees while we are like half through our salads. The server (never saw her before) says "no problem, I'll just keep these warm in the kitchen, let me know when you're ready". Great, our entrees now are sitting under a heat lamp while we rush through our salads. Then, a few minutes later, out comes our waitress with the entrees, obviously oblivious to the snafu, as no word was said. So all in all, service wasn't bad, just not professional or good. Just average.

Food wasn't bad, but not outstanding. Menu was more limited than I expected not having been before, but that's okay - I can always find something. I had fish (wolf fish) and it was okay....not great, but not bad. Came with rice (was it sticky rice?) and what I think were garbanzo beans (with chorizo, I don't eat red meat), Wife had fish also, and her's was okay. We both splurged for dessert, and it was good. Chocolate creme brulee for me, and flourless brownie for her. Both were good, maybe highlights of dinner.

We both agreed after. Would we go back to Bonefish? Yes, if traveling and suggested by others. But won't likely just select it to visit, based on this one visit. Would give it another try, but not going out of my way.

Cost was about what I expected. Not overly expensive.

All in all, slightly above average. Nothing really wrong (although service was so-so), just not outstanding either. Would likely go elsewhere next time in this area.

Consistent food and service. Have never had to wait during weeknights. Service is very prompt and timely.
Only negatives, and there are minor, is somewhat noisy and cramped...many tables in close proximity to each other.

Its one of my family birthday spots. we go out to celebrate birthdays and bonefish has become one of our favs. Not much for non fish eaters, like me. The burger is fine. Wish they had fries and not chips, but I roll with the punches. Everyone else loves it.
