Went here last month and loved the outdoor area in the back. Very nicely done. Nobody in the main dining room, as it was a warm night. The Red Sangria was good and refreshing. The Tapas menu has some nice things, but at the price of over $10 for each small portion is high. Be great to have lower prices so you could order 5 or 6 few of these. They'd actually make more money. The Spanish potato chips were really nice. The short ribs were tender. The beans and carrots that came with it were exceptionally fantastic! The pig loin was just okay...not what we were expecting. The shrimp/garlic app was good, just a little greasy. The stuffed mushrooms with crab had a nice flavor, but they were killed by a very heavy brown sauce they were sitting in. The sauce overpowered them and made them soggy. The potato again, was nice, but covered in too much gravy. The coffee was okay. We had a drink at the bar after dinner and while fine, the bartender was just okay. It's always nice when you feel they appreciate your business---we didn't get a feeling either way. The woman who seemed to be in charge never spoke and looked a little 'I don't want to be here'. This could be a really great restaurant/bar if there was just a tweaking of the food preparation. Everything kinda looked like it was thrown on the plate. The fabulously flavored, perfectly cooked vegetables tell me they know how to do it right.....so do it with all the dishes and perk up the employees! Will return.
