What an incredible find. Absolutely wonderful and attentive hosts. Beautifully decorated...down
to the finest details. Spotlessly clean, yet so warm and inviting. Totally relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the "Heiss" room. Exquisite modern bathroom specifically made for couples. Extremely comfortable bed/linens. Some of the best homemade cookies I've ever had...and
an unbelievable, served 3 course breakfast in the morning. All top notch. Thank you so much, Theo and Elaine! We are already thinking of reasons or occasions to return.

We just came back from a one-night stay in The Beach Room at The RoseMary Inn. Our room was clean, comfortable and charming, but yet so modern. It has a lovely bathroom with a large shower, double vanity, private water closet and a most relaxing air tub. It is evident that the lovely owners have truly invested a lot, both financially and emotionally, into designing, building and operating this inn. They have a little kitchen area for guests to grad a snack or beverage at all hours. Such a nice touch! We had a delicious, well presented dinner at Ellia's just minutes from the inn and later enjoyed a concert at The Historic Blairstown Theatre...also, nearby. Unfortunately, we did not have breakfast at the Inn, but I'm sure that would have been thoughtful and delicious, too.

My boyfriend and I came here for a short getaway in the Poconos. The place was perfect! We could not have envisioned a better place to stay! The room (the Wheeler Room) was very, very clean and comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and offered great suggestions about where to go on hikes. Elaine also made the most delicious breakfasts and cookies. Theo was also kind enough to bring out our favorite delicious shortbread cookies for us! The hosts were very accommodating and helpful--but not around constantly or bothersome. We really had a lovely time. Thank you Elaine and Theo for making our stay so wonderful!

This place is so peaceful you wouldn't know that is minutes away from the interstate. We just stayed one night after a day at the nearby Lakota Wolf Preserve, but would have stayed longer if our plans permitted. The grounds are lovely, the interior elegant without being pretentious, and hosts delightful. They obviously put a lot of time, money and love into creating this getaway.
We arrived a bit later than their established check-in time, hot, sweaty and tired after hiking all over the mountainside all day, but we were immediately taken care of and settled within minutes. Theo recommended several nearby restaurants based on our tastes and showed us a well-appointed self-service kitchen for our use in the evening. We returned after having dinner in nearby Columbia and sank into the unnaturally comfortable bed. They installed "party walls" so it was very quiet in the room.
We woke early and enjoyed our caffeinated beverages of choice on the patio surrounded by birdsong, after which we were treated to a breakfast the likes of which we haven't enjoyed since staying at the top resorts in Mexico... where they got such fresh, delicious cantaloupe this time of year I have no idea, and the homemade quiche was fantastic. We purchased their "gourmet picnic lunch" for our next day of hiking in the DWG area and it was large, complete and delicious as well.
100% recommended to anyone staying anywhere nearby.

Room Tip: Even the least expensive room is wonderful.

I have traveled to many B&B's over the years across the country and I have never stayed anywhere as nice and as friendly as this place. My boyfriend and I were impressed with the friendliness of the owners and the style of the Inn as well. You will not be staying in your grandmother's house here. This place is new, incredibly clean and decorated like a pro. Our room was immaculate, almost as if we were the first ones to ever stay there. The bed was cozy and comfortable as well. We were able to adjust the light and temperature in our room as well. The shower was clean and stocked with soap/shampoo/conditioner and very very clean. In the hallway outside our room there was a cabinet filled with toiletries a traveler might forget.

In the lobby/ living room area was equipped with a refrigerator stocked with sodas/ water and there was a place to make tea/coffee anytime you wanted (with to-go cups as well). Snacks were also stocked (my boyfriend LOVED that!) and there were wine/drinking glasses available for us to have wine as well. Freshly baked cookies are a plus too!

BREAKFAST was AMAZING! Everything was brought to you and the presentation of every meal was great! I am still thinking about the fruit and delicious meals we had there. I enjoyed every second staying at the Rosemary Inn and it was perfect fro a romantic getaway. Although it is a little pricey, you honestly get what you pay for!

My Final advice about this place? YOU SHOULD STAY HERE!

This is our first time at a B&B so we didn't know what to expect - but from the minute we pulled into the driveway - we knew it was going to be wonderful. We were greeted by Theo and he proceeded to show us around the Inn and the grounds. The Inn is beautifully decorated, our room (Hahn) was extremely comfortable - we really liked the oversize shower in our bathroom, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious! We were so impressed with the attention to detail - from the snack drawer/fridge with beverages to the Armoire with those essentials you forgot to pack! We were able to mingle with some of the other guests during our stay and one family told us they had stayed at several B&Bs but The RoseMary Inn was by far the nicest they've every stayed in. Elaine and Theo made our stay very special and we will definitely be booking with them the next time we are in the area.

My wife and i stayed here on Friday May 13.

Without a doubt, this was the best B&B we have ever stayed at... Here or in Europe! Theo (a native of Holland) and his wife are lovely people who have transformed the beautiful farm property into a first class place to stay. The newly renovated house and rooms are absolutely spectacular - we stayed in the Heiss room - a contemporary room with an amazing double shower. Everything is brand new and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was very good and very filling.

If you are looking for a tranquil setting with a European flavor stay here you will not be disappointed
