The ocean and our beautiful beachs are just across the causeways, but those of us who live here know what a culinary desert this is, particularly off season (a good 2/3 of the year for those who don't know).
But don't dispair! There is somewhere shockingly good to go to right here in CMCH. No drive to Cape May or (ugh) Atlantic City! Free parking!
But those aren't even its best features. The ambiance is just plain lovely and relaxing. It is small (in a very good way). It is BYOB (who likes paying way too much for a wine you don't even really want?). There are so many wonderful options on the menu that it is hard to decide what to have. WARNING WILL ROGERS! Do not agree to share the Thai mussels with anyone. So what if you can't finish your main course? You're going to eat again tomorrow, right? And...there is Michael, who along with the talent in the kitchen, will take very, very good care of you, pacing the meal perfectly...remember you are DINING, not having supper. Enjoy.
