$400+ for a single room on the third floor (no elevator). Room was nice, bed very comfortable, grounds and building well maintained. The breakfast was good and we were able to order from a limited menu. However for the price we expected some sort of "hospitality" area with light refreshment available for guests throughout the day. There was only a small table with pitchers of unsweetened tea and weak lemonade.
It was about three blocks from the center of town and right across the street from the Washington Inn which features a very nice bar, but it's a bit of a hike to the beach if you are carrying chairs, blankets, etc. It is purported to be haunted, but Esther was not available for pictures during our stay.More
