The interior is beautiful--tiled floors and wood laminate; granite countertops, gorgeous walk-in shower, (unfortunately, it flooded the bathroom frequently). top of the line appliances. A plus is it is completely handicapped accessible. The supplies that were available were high quality for the most part--Kitchen Aid pots and pans, Krups coffee maker, etc. But the dishes were mostly plastic, as was the drinkware. Add to that the fact that there is no dishwasher, and it was hard to insure that everything was actually clean. There is an electronic lock box, which provided easy access. The mattresses were covered in plastic, which is understandable in a rental, but the cover crunched every time you turned. The beds were also very squeaky, which did not allow for a good night's sleep. The sleeper sofa was a joke. The mattress was basically large springs sheathed in thin material. The springs were actually sticking through the material. We opted to use the couch instead, which actually was more comfortable. Although there was supposed to be wifi, it only worked sporadically, and when it did, it was extremely slow, because it is for the whole complex, rather than individual apartments. The best connection was outside. Also, whenever it rained, the router had to be reset. But the biggest complaint was the complex itself. There was never a managerial presence on site. The other renters were extremely noisy and young children were permitted to run through the complex at all hours, all along the balconies in front of all the condos. There is a lovely pool, but no lifeguard, so once again, people ran amok. The pool is only 5 feet deep, therefore there is no diving or jumping permitted. However, each and every day, children dove and jumped at will with no consequences, whether or not there were others in the pool. Large loud parties of people were eating and drinking at the pool as well, which is strictly prohibited and posted. But with no management on premises, there was little recourse for the other patrons who were being annoyed and following the rules. It's very unfortunate, because the complex and accommodations have the potential to be wonderful, but the behavior of others and lack of on-site supervision ruin the overall experience.
