“Breakfast at Y.B's”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 19, 2013

Happened to come upon this place and both my husband and I agree that this has to be one of the best meals we've had in a long time. This was for breakfast and will definitely be going back to try their lunch and dinner meals. Very comfortable in here. Plus for those who prefer you can bring your own wine to enjoy with your dinner.

“Disappointment.”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 18, 2013

I really hate having to write this review. I had such high hopes about this place, assuming it would be one in the same with George's, which I adore. The two stars are for the friendly service, and our appetizer, which was a vegetable flatbread - tasty, but nothing special. I ordered the blackened wasabi cod as an entree, and my husband ordered the chicken. Both dishes were very salty, and practically inedible. The chicken and cous cous were also overcooked. Sure, the prices are reasonable, but I would have gladly paid double for a quality meal.

“Mediocre Food”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 11, 2013

Charming restaurant, great location. However, the food was actually bad. We ordered the swordfish tacos - I did not taste anything that resembled seafood.
The turkey - had to dig to find the tiny portion. The steak - too salty and overcooked.

“Don't walk past this one”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 11, 2013

If you are a local and haven't been to YB, you've got to try it! Visitors may easily overlook the unassuming storefront, but it is definitely worth every dollar. The menu is limited and every item is fresh and creatively prepared. The portions are generous - - four adults shared one salad, one appetizer, and 4 entrees with food left over. This is not a typical beach town, tourist spot so be prepared for a real treat. Also note, this is BYOB.
