Don't let the line on the side walk deter you.The wait is short and worth it. You can beat he pancakes, lots of variety and big. If your not carb loading for you big day on the beach the eggs and sausage provide a protein rich alternative. The omelets are griddle top cooked so they more like a folded crepe. this is my big complaint in general. it's so hard to find a pan prepared omelet that is thick and fluffy at the shore but the search continues. The uniformed service is very attentive and friendly, they keep your coffee cup full of good hot coffee.. There are outside booths that are dog friendly and the server brings a water bowl for Fido. So after you walk, run, or bike on the boardwalk it's a good stopping place fuel up for the day ahead.

The food was good, but for three people eatting breakfast food it cost $40....to me that is overpriced. I would not recommend because the food was average and yet you pay top dollar.

Uncle Bill's is nothing to look at and in the summer the lines wrap around the restaurant. The menu is printed on the placemat. I ordered an egg white omelet with mushrooms and spinach and a single pancake (had to try the pancake!) The mushrooms were canned, so I removed them. I think the spinach came from a box of frozen spinach or maybe it was canned as well, I don't know, but I had to remove the spinach, too. The omelet itself was very good. My husband had a pork roll sandwich with cheese and he said the pork roll was very salty. But, the pancake was terrific. It had a sweetness with just enough of a saltiness that made it so good. The waitress was very good and they take cash only.

Noisy, overpriced and mass produced breakfast. Nice enough service but sorry, wouldn't go back. I felt it was very overpriced and the food nothing to write home about.

Food is good, typical diner options with pancakes, eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, etc. It was pricey ($10 for 3 pancakes, 1 egg, and 2 small strips of bacon). They dont accept credit card, so bring cash or use their $1 ATM on site.
