We have been going to Holly Shores camping resort for 15 yesrs as transients. We absolutely love this resort. Its close to the beach, and tons if shopping. The sites are a nice size and very clean. Most sites have stone with a cement patio and a nice size grass area with a fire ring and grill. A beautiful large heated swimming pool with a hot tub and small pool for the kids. Plenty of activities for the kids, and in October (our favorite time) they have 2 weekends celebrating Halloween. Discounted weekends in the spring and fall. The proprietors, Dave and Maggie Robinson are excellent business people. They know how to run a campground and make you feel at home. We've gotten to know the help in the office as well. They are always ready to help. I know I sound like a sales person, but when we love a place we've visited, and keep coming back to, I just have to tell everyone about it. So don't take my word for it, come and see for yourselves.

Being tired of tenting, and loving Cape May, I found the perfect RV for sale at Holly Shores. Unfortunately, after paying over $4k for the 6 1/2 mo. rent, it is truly annoying to be charged for services that should have been included.
Golf cart extra and then need to store elsewhere for the winter? Additional charges for power-wash, and other basics? I'm selling just a year after my purchase. BTW, make sure that your TV is digital because they won't support anything else.

We have stayed at Holly Shores several years.....and will continue to stay as they will have us....its a nice campground, they have plenty of activities, nice pool all within walking distance. We always stay in the Layton Trailer, we just love it. Close to Wildwood and Cape May and great place to have camp fires and cook outside! Hoping to be back soon!

My wife and I just returned from a week of camping at this camp ground. We travel with a fifth wheel trailer. We absolutely love this camp ground. The location is about ten minutes from both Cape May and Wilwood New Jersey. The dog park is excellent, the staff especially Art is exceptional and the owners are very friendly and accomodating. Food shopping is only 5 minutes away so those "needed items" are easy to find. The campground can get very busy during peak season but we have found that campers are friendly there and having a good time. Our family has noticed more park models are being built on former camp sights....we are hoping that over time it does not get the "trailer park" feel. Enjoy

Decided to do a last minute trip since we had an open weekend. Very nice camp ground, mostly seasonal but a nice mix. We stayed in site M4 right along the main road. Due to configuration of our sites sewer connection and location of sewer hookup on our TT we came up short using our standard 20ft of hose. Just keep in mind if your trailer has a more forward sewer connection like ours does. The store had lots of things to choose from however they did not have any shirts over XL, would have bought one had they had larger sizes. Loved the wagon ride around the campground, driver did an amazing job of maneuvering around the tighter sections of the park. Lots of activities offered throughout our stay. We would definitely consider coming back to Holly Shores.

We have stayed here 2 times. Our first time was site M100 in a tent. We had a pretty good experience that time other than some major rain so the ground was very muddy. We like that you can rent golf carts. The fishing ponds were nice. The playground is cute but doesn't have a lot of equipment. We like the location being very close to Cape May and Wild Wood. Our second trip was August 2013. We had site H45A. It was so buggy that we could not sit outside AT ALL. My poor children had so many welts on them. We used bug spray etc with absolutely no relief. When I told the office, they basically rolled their eyes at us. The site was VERY small. We have a 36' camper so, it was really tight. The water had a terrible surfer smell. The showers in bathhouse 3 were pretty gross. They had bugs everywhere. For cable you needed a cable box which was annoying. Also, they only had one so my kids didn't have tv in their room. Not a big deal... Just annoying. The pool was very cold (at least to me). We didn't do many of the activities but, the ones we did we're very cute for the kids. The grounds were clean and nice. The bugs completely ruined our trip. It was a huge bummer...
