We had reservations for 410 next door but had been there and decided to try Frescos, what a mistake. For starters, there was a skunk out front while we waited 15-20 minutes for our reservation. The front staff didn't seem to be concerned, we were. Our appetizer (fried olives) came out quickly and were just ok. 1 hour and 5 minutes later our meals came out. No apologies until we asked to speak to the manager Jodi came over and told us the kitchen was backed up ( really???) and our dinner will be out in 5 minutes and he said he will "take care of us". Meanwhile the two tables that came in after us had their meals. Taking care didnt happen at all, no offering of on the house coffee, or desserts, or a discount on our bill-really poor customer experience management. 3 of our 4 meals were good, the 4th was horrible. We felt like we were at Applebee's, very disappointed. We won't be back.
