“By the numbers!”

Rating 0-10...pure golf... the course was 7. Fairways good shape few of the tee boxes bad due to lack of sun. Greens were consistent but were very boring. Don't bother trying to read them every putt is straight. Pro shop...was a 4 but I am not there to shop! Driving range gets a 0!!!! Why? No range balls avaiable!!!!!

“Nice track, can be a great golf experience with better mgmt...”
Reviewed July 25, 2013

We played in mid July morning, very typical hot/humid day. Positives- great track/variety of holes, fairways in good condition. Under $90/round vs Sand Barrens & Shoregate. Easy to park car.... Negatives- The golf cart "Nazi" named Al (really? we can't get one of the +20 carts until 5 min before teeing off?? Yes, you really need to micro manage this because the avg golfer doesn't know what to do....), not one beverage cart on course on a hot/humid summer day, 6 minutes between tee times (seriously 4 groups on several holes- 2 on box, one fairway, one green) creates very long waits/prolonged round, poorly maintained/inconsistent greens.....just to name a few things. We all agreed can be a terrific track and golf experience but not until somebody appreciates service more. Would recommend Shoregate or Sand Barrens or even Avalon much more if you're staying in CMay/WWood area- enjoy!

“Well maintained - not crowded”
Reviewed May 20, 2013

We spent a good afternoon on this course. The course was well maintained and it was not crowded when we were there. We also enjoy birds and there were many. This area includes a wildlife sanctuary.

“Unrealized potential”
Reviewed April 9, 2013

It is too bad that the course is not prepped and maintained in a way consistent with the (old) glowing reviews they put on their web page. You're that close to beaches and your bunkers consist of a little sand, dirt, and pebbles? And they're not ever groomed or raked. If they put some money into making the course as nice as it could be, it would be a super course. It does have an interesting and unique layout and the 17th and 18th are really good finishing holes. I do enjoy playing there, just wish it better lived up to its potential.

“Nice golf course”
Reviewed April 1, 2013

Offers the option of 9 or 18 holes, and priced accordingly. Open to the public, and very accommodating.
