beds could be a little lower ,short people have to jump up to get on bed. and breakfast was very bad. Eggs were probably powdered . Sausage patty was hard and cold. so were eggs cold. Bagel not very fresh. Room was very far from lobby. We had a handicapped person with us. Didn't realize how far to walk until got to room.

I had some minor issues with missin tioe in the bathroonand a LONG walk from my room to the elevator. I found it weird the reception was on the end instead of the middle, which was inconvenient for walking. The staff was friendly and the food and drink were good! It was also very loud because of the street

This hotel is an inexpensive alternative to New York hotels. It seems brand new and is furnished neatly with modern art. Free parking, free breakfast, free Wi-Fi. Our suite had a living room, bedroom, walk-in shower, and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly staff. We stayed here for two nights and drove to NYC restaurants and shows two evenings in a row.

Hotel is modern and in perfect condition. Rooms are clean and in new condition. Service is top shelf. Location on US 22 is near restaurants and malls. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are spacious and quiet.
Very safe area. Cannot go wrong staying at this Hyatt.

The location was off the city and quiet The staff and the service was great. The breakfast was fantastic with lot of options. The room was noisy with the heater frequently turning on and off, but manageable.
