After giving up on Mastoris due to the terrible service and overpriced menu, we started going to Town & Country and we always have a pleasant experience. Food is good and service is always friendly and attentive.

the silverware was dirty. the floor was dirty. the menus were dirty. that should have stopped us but we were hot and tired and hungry. the seafood was not good. It tasted like it was too long in the freezer. we ordered baked but got fired and the oil must have been old...we all spent several hours in the bathroom of the hotel that night.

My husband and enjoy trying new diners for breakfast and we found Town and Country to be average. If you are looking for usual diner food breakfast then Inwould give Town and Country a thumbs up. We did not understand the same items on two different menus one marked specials and different prices for the same food. The staff was friendly and the decor was in need of a makeover.

My parents took us here for our anniversary. The food was good, the portions large, and the manager paid special attention to my handicapped parents, and seated them in the closed off section of the restaurant so they would not have to walk so far to be seated. Very considerate!

If you want a typical New Jersey diner meal, this is NOT the place. The food generally is of poor quality, even worse than Mastori's.
