This is basic Italian food at reasonable prices but they are bland and not very creative. I suppose for $18 with a small house salad you cannot expect too much but I would rather pay a few doaars more and have a Chef vs, a cook in the kitchen. The Hostess, the owner, is very pleasant and makes you feel welcome and the sewrvice is good if you get everything when you are served but try to get pepper or grated cheeze or whatever after the server has left and "forget it" it's likely not going not going to happen. The cannoli is very good because they are freshly squeezed most of the time. when they are not it is obvious. BYOB keeps the tab under $25/person.
