It was Saturday night, no reservations were permitted at least for just 2. We waited and had drinks at the bar for about an hour. Not something I would normally do. The company was good so I did not complain or leave which would have been my first reaction.
Fianlly an hour an 10 minutes later we were seated in the very small dining room. The staff was friendly and quick to get us our dinner. The Garlic clams were excellent, I could have had 2 dozen of them simmered in a light garlic broth and topped with fresh crabmeat. The Tuna- blackend as my choice was very fresh and excellent. . I was not impressed with the way the salad was served , family style in a tin bucket.. but the dressings were great. Two were put on the table, a creamy balsamic an and a garlic ranch. I would dine there again, but out of season, it is too noisy there being so small and with low ceilings it was difficult to hold a conversation.
