We remember the Engleside from many years ago when we used to stay there and it had a coffee shop. Since our son and daughter in law went there for the sushi menu last year and enjoyed it, we decided to go there last week. We agree with the previous reviewers in many ways. The room is dark and certainly not appearing as a beach restaurant unlike its competition. Although the food is good, it does not really fit into the ambience of the town. This detracted from the atmosphere that we expected and left us debating how to rate it. In another place it might rate as more than average, but as it stands it lacks the things to make it deserve a higher rating.
