Having spent summers in this area since I was a very young child, I had always hoped that one day I would have a reason to stay at The Wolfeboro Inn. Finally the opportunity arose, and I was as happy with being here as I had expected. We stayed on a Saturday night in late January, the final night of a winter weekend getaway from too-hot-in-the-winter Florida. That morning we had driven down from the Mt. Washington Valley and were happy to be in more familiar territory. Checking in around 3:00 PM, I was thrilled to find that we were upgraded to a mini suite! The room was large, clean and just beautiful, and had a huge balcony (which we would have shared with the room next door if it had been occupied) that had a lake view. The balcony was actually over the area where you enter the lobby when you check in. I'm not sure about the rates in the summer, but you'd be lucky to stay here then!!
