If you want to have a dinner at a real restaurant after a day of skiing, make sure to have a reservation at Coyote Grill if traveling during school vacation time. Wine is good, filet is cooked to requested dunness and service is excellent. Would not repeat spring rolls which were deep fried; white beets were quite good, however. Both entries were also tasty.

My son's swim team was working out at Waterville Valley when his regular pool closed for repairs. I wandered up while he was swimming and spied the fish taco's on the menu. Since that is one of my favorite meals I ordered them. They were as good as I have ever had. Had a glass of wine with them and it was perfect. Next week did the same thing with the same results. Quite the find. Service was good, the waitress and bartender friendly. If you are in Waterville Valley this is a must stop.

The Fish Tacos dish was one of biggest selling dishes last season. Thank you for your excellent review of The Coyote Grill.

Because of customers like you, we have again received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

Come visit the valley again soon ... it's even more spectacular in the summer and the colorful autumn.

Love this place. The food is really well done and the service is pretty good. The location is a bit wonky (upstairs from a rec center) but who cares. it's fun (and the only decent restaurant in the resort)

The food was very good, and the service was excellent. I had the shrimp scampi, tasted excellent and the pasta was perfectly cooked. All our appetizers were good. Will definitely recommend this place. The only drawback is that it was a little bit expensive.

This is one of the nicer places in Waterville. It was very crowded and they put a family of 4 with a 7 year old and 4 year old on high chairs in the bar area. We moved but that was inconveient. They were very absent minded. Took forever to get lemon for water, bread, olive oil, etc. Had to ask over and over again. Food was just ok.
