That's how you are likely to be greeted by any one of the three brothers John, Tim, Tom that are behind the counter. You might get lucky and be greeted by the father Dan or Amanda also behind the counter. These 3 brothers and their father have operated this fine establishment for some 15 years now. Before that it had been a pizza restaurant with previous owners for an additional 17 years. As I travel 100% for business and make weekly journeys to the Tilton NH area ( Usually Wednesdays ) It did not take me long to find this place. The food is of course excellent as you would expect a lot of it with a solidly Greek flare but that alone is not what set's this place in a class by itself. Every time I am there I am impressed by the "Family" atmosphere. There are usually numerous families with children enjoying the food. Even on "Bike Week" the place is busy but NEVER rowdy. You can at all times take a family there.
OK enough about the atmosphere, on to the food. As I stated is has a decidedly Greek flare. But what really sets them apart is their commitment to using only FRESH, NEVER frozen ingredients! This means that the pizza dough for example is made 3 to 4 times a day!
Another little known fact is their commitment to their community with donations of food & money to local food drives, school & town events and other charitable events.
Finally I'll let you in on a non-published secret, Many times I have arrived at the Hampton Inn in Tilton NH after driving sometimes upwards of 7 hours They DO NOT offer delivery service, But as stated before they go out of their way and will deliver to this hotel ( But that has to remain a closely guarded secret)
