I live next door to Polly's and have for over 70 years. Polly and Wilfred K Dexter were the founders, then daughter, Nancy married Roger Aldrich and they carried on, building a very popular, rustic and memorable eatery. Their daughter Kathie married Dennis Cote and they both work to make Polly's even more popular. Reservations are preferred to avoid a wait but some days you might luck out and sit down to drink in the fantastic view of the White Mountains while ordering from their menu. Have your pancakes "your way!"

This is a must do restaurant in a beautiful location with a unique and fabulous selection of probably the world’s best pancakes. If you are in this neck of the world I highly recommend stopping in. My hat is off to the staff of Polly's for getting it right.

The best possible food: simple, lovingly prepared, delicious . You could spend hundreds of dollars for "breakfast" at a conventional restaurant, and yet not approach the satisfaction you would experience after a rationally priced, sumptuous breakfast or lunch at Polly's.

Its location is gorgeous, and its view of New Hampshire's White Mountain range is incomparable. The employees are friendly, diligent, and very capable.

I've heard that people drive hundreds of miles to eat at Polly's. I believe it, and I'm certain that it would be worth it. You could not go wrong. Enjoy!

We made our annual trip to our favorite breakfast spot in Sugar Hill New Hampshire. Polly's Pancake Parlor has great pancakes and superior service. I have been coming here with my family for more than 20 years. The views of the white mountains is spectacular as well as sitting on trot trot the wooden horse. Will be coming back next year.

Eggs-over-medium were cooked perfectly! Do you know how rare that is? The Polly's Potatoes were wonderful, the bacon cooked to perfection. My friends had the Irish Eggs Benedict and the regular Eggs Benedict. Mouth-watering! Another friend ordered something (can't remember the name of it) that was eggs, bacon, and your choice of cheese -- all cushioned between two pancakes. That dish was the hit of the table! It's off the road, so you don't just stumble onto this place, but well worth the drive. The scenery outside the restaurant is beautiful, also.
