Our host was gracious and accommodating. My favorite part of our stay was having breakfast. We sat in a cozy room, decorated for the holiday. We drank delicious coffee and fresh oj by the fire while Mary Ann made us chocolate chip and cranberry nut pancakes. Just when I thought it could not be more perfect, it started snowing.

I had an awesome stay at Mt. Washington B&B. Mary Ann is super friendly and an excellent cook! I look forward to another visit to Mt. Washington B&B! The building is older but the rooms are comfortable and inviting.

We were on our first trip to USA to see New England and stayed here for 2 nights. We were made to feel very welcome by Mary Ann and the rooms we had were first class. As it rained on one of the days Mary Ann supplied us with a route to view the spectacular waterfalls and this was awesome as the waters cascaded down the mountain sides and even on to the highway in some places.
Breakfasts were something special and the accommodation had everything you need as a traveller including board games which acted as a relaxant at the end of a busy day.
I would recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a place to stay whilst in the area of Mount Washington. Mary Ann even supplied extra clothing to save us getting hypothermia on the top of the mountain.

My wife and I stayed at Mt. Wahsinton B&B for three nights from 29 July 2010. It was a delightful stay. Charming host, beautiful location, breathtaking scenery, nice room and great breakast - what else can one want? The room was clean and nicely decorated. tea/coffee available 24/7 and each afternoon there were baked delights. Mary Ann made us feel very welcome. She was always willing to go the extra mile. Hope to return some day soon. Thanks for the memories Mary Ann.

Staying in this bed and breakfast is like going back in time. The effort made to reflect the time period in which the home was built was obvious and appreciated. The wood floors in the suites added to the character of the home. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms were nicely decorated. The breakfast was ample and very tasty. We only needed to ask if we wanted another serving. Mary Ann was up early and had the coffee hot. She makes every effort to get to know her guests, and has a very warm personality.

Mary Ann is like family. We first went alone as a stop on our honeymoon and have since brought our kids every year since. She caters to your plans/needs...she prepared special items for my husband's birthday and has made special accommodations for my picky 9 year old eater...even gave us seconds at breakfast without blinking.. (at no extra charge). For our first visit she asked what we like/dislike in particular or if we had allergies... On one visit we were preparing to leave and my 9 year old (not my infant) puked all over her floor...she was quick to help us clean up and get us on the road (complete with puke bag to head home)... ask her about the local Italian place and local gourmet restaurant...both are awesome:)
We have stayed at several B&B's and hers is the best by far...
