“Great Local Fare”

Good food, great service and a nice local feel. This was located right near our hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly, professional staff and the wonderful home cooked food.

“GREAT BREAKFAST, WORTH WAIT!”
Reviewed August 28, 2012

Always a waiting line for Linda's. Most would turn away due to a long line...but in this case, it's worth the wait. They have great food! The lines usually go pretty fast. They are prompt, courtious and attentive. Never have had a bad breakfast here.

“busy place on a Sat. morning”
Reviewed August 6, 2012

The choices were endless and the price was right for the quality of the food. The portions were big enough to satisfy my husband and cheap enough to feel okay about my teenage daughter not finishing hers. Not the cleanest place, but I suspect that was due to the number of patrons at the time.

“Nice local diner with great food”
Reviewed July 18, 2012 via mobile

We stopped here a few times already and have been very pleased each time.

Portions and prices are very good and won't break the budget.

The place is clean and food was tasty.

You'll need to keep your eyes open or you will miss thier sign :)

“Very Disapointed...”
Reviewed June 25, 2012

Every summer, My friend and I make Linda's Breakfast Place a mandatory stop on a Sunday morning before heading to the beach. We drive about 35 miles just to go get some of Linda's lobster omelets but this year, our first trip to Linda's wasn't so pleasant and a little disappointing. We've always loved Linda's food, not the best I've had but fair enough worth the drive and the return. The cleanliness of the place and the utensils wasn't always the most perfect (to include lip stick on my coffee mug) but we were always there at busy times so we thought it was normal to miss it sometimes. This time, the poor service and unfair judgement of the situation left us to not want to return... We got to Linda's Place at 12:30 with a local couple right in front of us. We failed to realize that they close at 12:30 on Sundays and so it would be only normal for them to let us know that they were closed. Although, at 12:31, the couple was greeted and seated by the host that turns back at us right after to tell us that they are closed and we cannot be served. We politely explained that we had driven from far to come back to Linda's but were answered with a simple "I'm sorry". The fact that this girl had two parties in front of her that arrived at the same time, and seats one but not the other is to me very unprofessional and an example of preferential treatment. We didn't even mention the fact that she had just seated the guests right in front of us as we found it unnecessary to argue. As much as we enjoyed Linda's on our Sunday summer mornings, we most likely wont be going back. :(
