“Not saved by Grace !”
Reviewed July 19, 2012

We were well greeted. At first, we were delighted to get a table for our group for 12 (3 families of 4) and be told that we would be served by Grace. We asked if it would be possible to get 3 separate bills, but the waitress told us that each item would be assigned to each person and that it would be easy to make the count at the end.
So we ordered, got some of our drinks and then some of us got their meal. The food was way below Applebee's standards. They ran out of Linguini's and replaced the pasta with penne. The orange chicken was served with wild rice. The Oriental salad was nothing like usual. Some of the drinks were missing, so we asked 3 times before getting them. One of the order was a steak and we had to ask if they had forgotten that order. It was served after most us were finished eating And in the end, we got a bill with items listed randomly. The table next to us, with a party of 10 left when we arrived and the table remained with dirty plates and empty glasses the whole time we were having our dinner. You would think this could happen if the restaurant were busy, but it was more than half empty. The entire staff seemed to be lost with all hands !

“A Great Dinner for a Great Price”
Reviewed August 5, 2010

To be honest I was a little skeptical to go to this Applebee's, considering one up my way gave one of my family members food poisoning on his birthday. However this place was far from a spoiled dinner. My family and I found the restaurant very clean, the prices good, the service for the most part kind, and the food, in baseball terms, wasn't a homerun but a stand up triple. I would come back here in a heartbeat though and would recommend this Applebee's at least in Seabrook to anyone who visits the area.

“Good service, not so good food”
Reviewed March 18, 2010

Got into town at 10:00pm on a Monday, so all other restaurants were closed. Service was good. Food was pretty terrible. Had sirloin and grilled shrimp. Steak and shrimp both tasted like they were soaked in a salt bath for 2 days before they were cooked. The meal came with herb steamed potatoes and veggies. Potatoes were boiled and some tasted rotten, and there was absolutely no herbs or any kind of seasoning on them. The brocolli was plain. The salad I ordered was mediocre to say the least. The tomatos were old and lettuce was soggy.
