We were well greeted. At first, we were delighted to get a table for our group for 12 (3 families of 4) and be told that we would be served by Grace. We asked if it would be possible to get 3 separate bills, but the waitress told us that each item would be assigned to each person and that it would be easy to make the count at the end.
So we ordered, got some of our drinks and then some of us got their meal. The food was way below Applebee's standards. They ran out of Linguini's and replaced the pasta with penne. The orange chicken was served with wild rice. The Oriental salad was nothing like usual. Some of the drinks were missing, so we asked 3 times before getting them. One of the order was a steak and we had to ask if they had forgotten that order. It was served after most us were finished eating And in the end, we got a bill with items listed randomly. The table next to us, with a party of 10 left when we arrived and the table remained with dirty plates and empty glasses the whole time we were having our dinner. You would think this could happen if the restaurant were busy, but it was more than half empty. The entire staff seemed to be lost with all hands !
