Room is always fairly clean, front desk friendly, beds are comfortable.
My gripe is,you do not have a refrigerator or microwave????It's 2013 and when you are traveling and eating out,you need these 2 items.Because of sickness in the family,we have to take numerous trips there and stay sometimes a week at a time.Of course we have left overs and bring our half and half for morning coffee. We used the window, open a llitle as a cooler, which will change, now that summer is approaching.
They need to start investing in them and slowly get them in each room.
It is a must have with families.I'm sure others feel the same way.

Room Tip: Rooms are all nice, for the price.

We expect more from a la quinta property. The front desk staff was friendly & helpful but the rest of the staff were too busy talking with each other to bother with us. Breakfast was definately not bright and would have no staying power with only high calorie offerings, waffles, toast juice high calorie yogurt and instant oatmeal. There was no protein or fruit at all. But the rooms were clean & the beds were comfortable and the price is right

I made the reservation at least a month and a half ago, they didn't have what I reservered, so they bumped me up to a "suite" which had a fridge that was disgusting and didn't work. They only difference was that there was a filthy couch where a bed should have been. The floors were gross and the bed had two huge dents in it, so sleeping was an impossiblity. Never, never again at this chain.

We were traveling with our dog for the first time and decided to give the La Quinta a try because they are pet friendly. The whole area was on edge as the Boston Marathon bombers were being chased and Boston was on lock down. We had a few problems with our first room (strong odor from the Heat/AC unit, the window would not lock and we have a 3 year old, bath tub may not have been cleaned as there was a used soap in shower and the previous occupants trash had not yet been removed) and the staff moved us to a different room and gave us the stay that night for free. The staff were phenomenal. I forgot baby wipes and was asking for some paper towels to use. One of the staff members actually went out to a store nearby and bought us a big box of baby wipes! They were incredibly helpful in every way. The breakfast food was a good continental breakfast and they had waffle makers. Our dog seemed to like the facility and enjoyed staying in the room with us. We will use the hotel again when we travel with our dog. You can't beat the price and you get excellent service.

Room Tip: Check the room before you unpack to make sure it will meet your needs.
