Needed a motel for the night - and found Park View Inn on Hotels.com. Price looked too good to be true, but the reviews were OK so I gave it a try.
NOTE: This is not a pseudo-luxury resort - so don;t expect the trappings of such a place

It was:
Clean, and comfortable. Good bed.
Roomy
Friendly staff, helpful.
Convenient to highway and restaurants

In other words, all I could ask for at a very good price. In fact, best value for money I have had at a motel or hotel in a very long time.

This hotel really was great, super clean and everyone that we ran into was very nice! Plus, it's not too far from Boston at all so you get to stay at a MUCH cheaper rate for something that would be a lot more money in boston. I will come back here again just because it's a great deal and a nice place!!

Room Tip: there are smoking rooms, so make sure to as for a non smoking room if that's what you want

The value was good. Property was well maintained. Cozy bed and roomy shower. 8:30 am is too early to knock on the door for housekeeping service and the carpets need shampooing. Overall a good experience (8 nights).

We stayed here for one night (7/4/13-7/5/13) because we were suppose to be going on a hot air balloon ride the morning of 7/5 (long story but that ended up getting cancelled).
As far as this property, it was decent. We were in room #23 (a non-smoking room) which had two beds, spacious bathroom w/ sink then another separate sink area, coffee maker, and mini fridge. They have room with kitchenettes but you have to stay four or more days.
Just down a few rooms were a washer & dryer, vending machine (both snacks and drinks) and an ice machine.
Breakfast was three different types of pre-packaged donuts and carafes of coffee and orange juice. It is served each day from 7:00am-10:00am but on the welcome letter they give you when you check-in it says while supplies last.
In the office they also have a computer for guests to use, we didn't use it so I can't comment on how the connection was. They also have free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which we also didn't use.
The property is also close to lots of different restaurants, grocery stores, stores and the Rockingham Mall.
Very affordable with a AAA discount also!

I stayed at this motel for a night after a flight landing in Manchester and on my way to Boston. I was going to stay in Manchester, but the higher rated hotels were too expensive. I drove a little further to save. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a microfridge but no microwave. The breakfast was less than satisfactory. They only advertised coffee, orange juice, and donuts. They were out of donuts. Also, the A/C is off when you enter the room, so you'll have to wait for it to cool down. However, the A/C worked great. In addition, make sure you lock the door so that the maid can't come in. She was coming in my room while I was still asleep. Finally, the internet service was working but a little slow. Overall, it was a decent hotel for the price.
