Had a great meal at Rudi's on a relatively slow Saturday night in the dining room. The ribeye and the rack of NZ lamb were great. How can you not love a place that serves hash as a side dish for a steak? Only complaint was that it's a little noisy because there's no separation from the very active wine bar that fronts on the main drag (Congress Street). Service was top shelf. Another reminder that Portsmouth is truly a great restaurant city.
