Although slightly pricey, lunch here was delightful; quiet, with clean white tablecloths. The Italian pannini was good, but the meatloaf panini was great. Nicole was an excellent server.

We randomly chose this restaurant after walking around and looking at the menu. The grilled mahi mahi caught my eye. The food was delicious- one of the best mahi mahi dishes I have had. In addition they had a piano and bass player in our room which made for a wonderful dinner atmosphere. I would definitely come back next time we visit.

I recently ate at this restaurant with my spouse, using a Restaurant.com gift certificate (spend a certain amount, get $25 off). We visited on a Thursday evening, when there is live music, which was nice - but not great, like we had hoped.

Pros: GREAT food, friendly staff, quick service
Cons: PRICY (with wine, an app, and 1 shared entree = almost $100), bland atmosphere (imagine a small room with no windows, white table cloths, kind of boring). This would be a great place to take your elderly relatives... not so awesome for a young couple on a date night.

TIP - Rudi's recently opened an ADDITIONAL location on the main street in Portsmouth that seems to have a younger vibe - we'll try it out and post another review soon!

Nice restarant, nice bar area and good wines. Food presentation was nice, although the flavor of the dishes we ordered was bland. Once we added some salt, it was better. A little dissapointed

Rudy's is a great combination of tastes, sights and sounds. The service is friendly and attentive, the food is great and the atmosphere is upbeat and lively without being too noisy.
