We had a wonderful dinner at Ristorante Massimo.
Squash soup appetizer was to die for.
Eggplant appetizer was delicious - fried eggplant with lemon marmalade, ricotta and arugala.
Salmon entree was very good.
Homemade Papparedelle Bolognese was good, not great. Sauce a little watery.
Service was attentive without being intrusive.
I would definitely go here again.
