We celebrated our anniversary with an early dinner on a Sunday - a quiet day in historic Portsmouth. Picked the Cafe from the Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed with its friendly wait-staff and generous table spacing. Excellent chowder appetizer; Largest, most flavorful frogs legs entrée ever. Also really excellent duck breast, suitably pink. The California Malbec was surprisingly smoother than most I've had from the Argentine.
