“Curry Fries/Yucca Fries”
Reviewed December 1, 2013

I would come to this place every day if eating their Curry Fries or Yucca Fries was somehow deemed great for my health. Overall, their menu is very healthy, eclectic, and delicious. But, I really like their curry fries served with curry ketchup. They go great with an ice cold beer.

“Yummy food but overpriced”
Reviewed October 15, 2013

Tuesday lunch at Street with two friends: Excellent service, waiter was very attentive and answered our questions cheerfully. Menu was varied and included many items not often found in New Hampshire restaurants! But I thought the food was overpriced. I had the stir fry veggies over rice topped with a fried egg for $16 - tasty but not different enough to what I can easily make at home to be worth the price. At dessert time we ordered the chocolate caramel sea salt bark. This was also tasty but we were put off when the waiter told us it just came out of a package and wasn't made on site. I'll go back a second time to try some different things, but if that experience is the same as today's then I won;t go again.

“Funky place to eat and enjoy”
Reviewed October 12, 2013

We have now been there 3 times and haven't been disappointed. Very different menu with food selections that run across a few ethnic areas. That have something called bibimap which is a Korean meal that is so different than what you'd ever find that we have to have it every time we go there along with a side order. Feeds 2 people.
If you are there with friends - order the fries. Way too much for only 2 people; just right for 4.
Good selection of draft and bottle beers; wine available and mixed drinks.
One of those places you would go back to maybe once a month for a quick and easy meal at a reasonable price.

“Fun, Funky, Delicious”
Reviewed September 23, 2013

So, off the beaten path and a destination for sure, which is worth it in so many ways. The service is perfect, the decor is fun and unusual. Ambience is special. Food...awesome-ness! Really great ethnic selection as well as a good ole burger. But a better burger than most if you must. Many veggie options, fabulous bloody mary, wonderful Salads, sandwiches, apps, and let's not forget the Yucca Fries. Amazing.

“Local Gem”
Reviewed September 16, 2013

Hidden Gem in south part of Portsmouth, where the locals come eat. Great food, great atmosphere. Try the Cemita or Porchetta. The also have great beers on tap.
