This butter is UNBELIEVABLE! It is served with a petite loaf of bread and it is to die for. Great menu, too, with local options. Great atmosphere, friendly staff.

Went for the first time last night with family. Everything was amazing. To start we had the calamari which was served with a very tasty seaweed salad as well as the crab dip with pita chips/bread. For main courses we had the salmon, pork and scallops; all of which were unique and delicious. Definitely a hidden gem in Plymouth and MUCH better than any restaurant in the vicinity.

Found this on our way down Route 93 looking for a decent bite-to-eat and were pleasantly surprised! Interesting concept - sort of between fastfood (service anyway) and decent dining in that you place your order, then seat yourself in one of several funky rooms and your food is brought to you. Had a delicious corn/crap soup and salad, husband had chicken cordon blue and salad. We were both impressed and satisfied. Peeked in to the bar area - looked cozy and probably a great place on a cold New Hampshire night! Hats off to the chefs - interesting restaurant concept, very good food!

I had the BEST Creme Brulet. The owner was gracious enough to provide me with the recipe!

We have been meaning to visit Six Burner Bistro for quite some time and finally managed to get there with some friends. Reservations are strongly recommended on weekends since the place is very small.
The menu has a nice variety and is priced moderate to high for this small college town. We paid around $60 pp with wine, dessert and tip and felt it was a fair value. We started with a goat cheese/ garlic combo appetizer, and an order of calamari. Both were delicious. The bread basket and butter were also very good. Everyone at our table really enjoyed the entrees, from salmon to beef, except the veal Marsala, which was coated in a very oily breading, leaving an oil puddle on the plate, with no hint of a light wine sauce - cafeteria-style. I was graciously offered another dish (which I declined) or dessert. Dessert was delightful all around!
A couple of things made the experience less pleasurable; the small area creates a very close space and conversation may be difficult to hear. We had a pretty loud group in the room and they were a bit overbearing. Our server was just okay. The menu stated choice of rice or potato, and it was never offered until asked. At times, we felt like we were imposing on him, and he never cracked a smile. When he made a $100 error on the charges, he tried to blame it on the fact that we paid by mulltiple credit cards.
I would probaly return to Six Burner Bistro again, if only for the appetizers and dessert!
