“Consistently good place for breakfast”
Reviewed July 26, 2014

Went there with my wife, daughter and grandson. One of my favorite places to go for breakfast. Excellent waffle, cooked the way I asked for. Wide variety of menu choices, great atmosphere, good service and a locals favorite plus the fun of being at an airport! We love taking our family and out of towners there for breakfast.
Nice family run business.

“Brunch Perfection”
Reviewed July 13, 2014 via mobile

Perfect and friendly spot for a traditional US diner style breakfast/brunch. Quality was good, portions are fine, food is as expected, great quality and friendly spot with interesting outlook over the grass airfield.

“Breakfast done right”
Reviewed June 13, 2014 via mobile

If your looking for a well prepared, with generous portions and very good service, then this is the place to go. There are a half dozen very good breakfast places on the Seacoast and this is one of them. The French a Toast is excellent. I special ordered an omelette and it was perfectly prepared, although it was a lot of food. Absolutely worth a visit.

“Great Breakfast place”
Reviewed May 27, 2014

Went here to check it out before taking grandson, to see the planes. Had not been here for many years. I was impressed with many things including all day breakfast and lunch and a hoice of number of eggs in the omelets. That alone would bring me back again. Tasty food as well.

“A favorite place but reluctant to write about it”
Reviewed April 19, 2014 via mobile

This is a new favorite place of mine but one I almost didn't want to write about on Trip Advisor as it is a wonderful but small gem and we would hate to see long lines develop here. This cafe seves breakfast and lunch and is open year round. Though it's access is right on US Route 1 in North Hampton NH it sits far enough back off the road that most drivers will never see it. It is a small building that sits on the side of the Hampton Airfield - an active local airport for recreational pilots. The cafe is nice and warm in the morning sun and the large windows on 2 sides allows people to watch the planes take off and land while enjoying your meal. The planes pull up right next to the building to refuel letting you see them up close. This is a must-see place if you have small children as they will be mesmerized by the airport activity. During warm weather there are outdoor tables as well permitting you to savor your meal alfresco! The local pilots are all pleased to show off their planes and talk about their passion for flying to anybody who is curious. This is a favorite place for locals who know to arrive early on weekends. As for the food, I think it is very good and I have nothing bad to say. The menu is pretty standard but I think that the airfield traffic is the main draw here. If you are local then you should add it to your list. If you are visiting then definitely give it a try but expect a wait during typical tourist seasons.
