excellent service, Champney's breakfast buffet cannot be beat!, Pleasant and friendly staff recommend to everyone! Rooms are great, large families can take advantage of the townhouses. There is also a room with a loft which is fab. Children enjoy the horsedrawn carriage rides. Look forward to our next trip already booked for winter. Enjoy visiting summer, fall, and winter. Great location to center and shopping.

Room Tip: no room is a bad one

Dear friends from Brighton: Thank you for a great review and the compliments to our horse drawn carriage by our resident steeds. We love that you've planned a return in the winter and promise to have fun in the snow and indoors as well!

Housekeeping appreciated the compliments and we all hope you have a great family focused Thanksgiving coming up!

While on vacation in the White Mountains, we decided to take an evening and try out the Red Jacket. We were not disapointed. Upon arrival we negotatiated a great rate with a mountain view room. It was wonderful to be able to walk right out of our room and enjoy sitting and taking in the view.

The resort provided activities that were appealing to our whole family. Our 6-year-old participated in a clay class and roasted smores at night. Resort activites ranging from yoga to water aerobics.are scheduled daily. The water park was great and the outside pool with its cabana bar provided a nice place for a light evening dinner and swim.

The hotel was very clean, had child safety plugs in the hall outlets. Being a family resort this is an example of the attention to detail maintained throughout the property. The room was well maintained an the decor updated.

The hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. It was easy to get into vacation mode as soon as you walked through the front door.

The location of this hotel is perfect for enjoying all the attractions in the White Mountains. We have stayed at several other area hotels and feel that spending a little more money for a stay at the Red Jacket is well worth it.

Room Tip: Rooms with a mountain view and walk out door are wonderful.

Gosh we love this feedback from your recent trip up! Having well maintained and spotless accommodations remain a bedrock of our team for every guest and friend who enters our resort!

Thank you for the activity mentions: we bet your six year old has their Pottery item proudly displayed at home, Miss Nancy is awesome at creating fun programs with take-home crafts every weekend...

We hope to see your family back for your 7yr olds next 'escape' and a little respite time for mom and dad as well!

Thank you so much again and have a warm Thanksgiving with your little child - they grow fast!

We come here every year to visit the water park. It is a great getaway for the family, especially during the winter months, when we are limited in activities. The kids look forward to Kahuna Laguna every year!

Dear Nashua friends - We too LOVE our Kahuna Laguna. Each time the wave pool makes a splash there's a bunch of resort staff behind it! Thank you for staying and for recommending others also...when you have a chance let your Mayor Donna Lee know that we will always be here for her resident's escapes from Nashua!

Thank you again and come back when the rolling lawns here are covered with soft white snow...

We stayed (2 adults, 2 kids 4 & 6) at this resort for a week-end. The hotel is very clean and service is impecable. Brunch on Sunday was amazing. The indoor waterpark is a must, especially if you have kids, they will definately enjoy it.

We stayed in a mountain view room which was gorgeous. I enjoyed having my own balcony. Friday and Saturday nights, there was a bonfire outsite, for everyone with hot chocolate and marshmallows. Hot apple cider was offered at the loby (nice touch!)

Beautiful surroundings. Overall, a very nice week-end and will gladly go back anytime!

This resort had clean spacious rooms. The food was very good. (The Grille was slow one evening.) There are 2 dining areas--one more elegant. The breakfast had everything you could ask for--from hot and cold cereals to omelets. The staff were very efficient. (There is an indoor waterpark available.) The view from the room windows were breathtaking.

The one-night stay here while on a Trafalgar coach tour was very comfortable. Being a coach group probably meant we did not have a quality room but what we had was certainly acceptable. I didn't notice any uncleanliness such as stated in other reviews.
The hotel does need much upgrading but the cost would deter most visionaries. The building is LARGE as shown by the TA photo.
The hotel put on a great sunny day for us which allowed sitting on the room balcony to view the green stuff over 180 degrees. Leaves changing colour were spactacular. No traffic here to annoy.
Interesting, to us, was the balcony divider between our space and that for the next room. Simple unplaned boards nailed horizontally by, presumably/apparently, an amateur carpenter - placed a new importance to our garden fence at home which is the same.
Thank you management, we enjoyed our stay and the meals were OK too.

Thank you for visiting us from the other side of the world! We are honored to have your group join us on a coach tour of the Eastern US and beautiful foliage...We do have great accommodations for tour guests with alcove rooms and double bedded accommodations also! The compliments are something we are proud of and here's to you having a great next stop over in Maine as you mentioned to us in the morning! We had some good laughs and enjoyed showing off the Mountain Range off the patio upon your arriving!

Thank you again:

This property is not the most luxurious place that we've stayed in.....but the Service is right up there with the best. The people are very helpful, efficient and nice. The staff seems happy to work there.....which makes big difference. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Stephanie was the 1st person to help us after a very long drive through the rain to get there.....she was kind and calming to my son and I. One other comment is that the property is well located.....close to shopping and restaurants. We'd definitely stay there again.
