We stayed in Showtime on 1/6/12 with our grandchildren best time ever. We are back to create more memories that will last a lifetime. The firepit outside is awesome. The children went sledding outback and had a great time. The Adventure Suites provided the sleds. The breakfast is really fun and taste great. Nicole at the front desk is friendly and always very helpful.

This was tame compared to the Madonna Inn in California, but it is one of the only "themed" hotels in the area and it's pretty funny. The whole setup is over the top, and the rooms are great, but somewhat overpriced. I stayed in the champagne room, and there was a funny hot tub in the room. Some of the other rooms are more elaborately decorated, but you pay a steeper price for those. All in all, it was a fun experience, but keep in mind that there is little food on site, and if you do want to order food to your room, you have to do it ahead of time (when you make your reservation.) It's expensive, and there aren't many options. There are some great restaurants in town, but if you're looking for room service here and you don't want to leave the hotel, you might be disappointed. One great thing about this place is that there are a ton of DVDs to watch for free with the price of your room, and you are allowed to borrow as many as you want for the night. That's a cool perk :) I would recommend this place to friends, families or couples looking for a goofy night. North Conway itself is gorgeous, too!

Room Tip: I stayed in the champagne room-- there's a little hot tub and it was pretty goofy. Lots of fun...

I stayed at Adventure Suites in the Cave room for my sister's bachelorette party on September 15th, and we had the GREATEST time. it was perfect for a small group of girls to just hang out, we ordered pizza from the nearby Moat Mountain restaurant (delicious), watched movies, played some games, and enjoyed the AWESOME hot tub. so great to have right in the room, and the room easily slept the 7 of us. the staff brought in cots before our arrival, and were incredibly nice and accommodating. they gave us a tour, provided us with cookies and snacks, and even entertained our multiple questions (the guy at the front desk, Tim, was so funny and awesome). i would highly recommend the adventure suites to anyone looking for a night of equal luxury and fun!!! And the private entrance was awesome for bringing in surprise gifts for the bride to be! overall really great experience, i will definitely be back. :)

Room Tip: the cave sleeps a lot of people and is on the bottom floor, with a private entrance, which was reall...

My wife and I spent the weekend of December 7 & 8, 2012 at Adventure Suites in the "Deserted Island" Suite. I believe the reason they call it a deserted island is because the room has been forgotten. The room is so small the oyster shaped bed takes up approximately 1/3 of the room. The heart shaped hot tub takes up the another 1/3 which leaves very little space to move. There are older inoperative heating units in the room but instead of removing them they have painted over and trimmed around them. The room is painted white with a multi colored scheme. Directly behind the bed is an area approximately 36" square that looks like they forgot to paint. The T.V hangs on the wall along with a set of speakers and the ugly cords for each of the units is exposed which is an eyesore. The bathroom has just enough room for the tub, toilet and sink. The only shelf is over the toilet where they stack the towles; don't leave the toilet seat up or you could lose your towels. Behind the bathroom door you can see rusty hinges and the terrible job of repair work to the wall tiles. Don't go into the bathroom barefooted or you could leave with frost bite. There is a terrible breeze that comes in from the outside wall of the room. Also in the bathroom is another inoperative older style heating unit which they painted and trimmed around. Thie room at best is $50.00/night yet they charge $199.00/night. If I was the owner of this establishment I would be embarrassed of this room and make it a storage closet!

Room Tip: This entire room is terrible. Don't stay in it under any circumstances.

My wife and I stayed in the Dragon's Lair for my birthday in June had a spectacular time! We loved the medieval theme of the room and all of the accompaniments that were in it. The jacuzzi was in a great position to allow us to watch movies and was very roomy for two people. The bathroom was extremely modern with a beday(!), a sink that drained across tiles placed on the wall and a TV in the shower!

This room also has a deck that faces the White Mountains which offers some fantastic views and a great place to relax. Lastly, the Pendulum bed: It was fun to sleep in a different type of bed and it was also very comfy, we didn't have any issues with motion when trying to sleep. The only thing that was a little difficult was entering it, because we found one person had to try and hold it steady while the other tried to get in.

This was our second time staying at Adventure Suites and we can't wait to come back and try a different room out it!

Room Tip: There are pictures online to look at and you can also take a tour of some of the rooms when you get...

We have stayed at Adventure Suites several times over the last few years and have never been disappointed. Our first experience was in Showtime, a movie theater themed room with a giant tv screen, stadium seating, and a rocking sound system. It has a popcorn machine in the room and you can relax in the jacuzzi and still watch and hear a movie! Love the Keurig in the room and the k-cups are provided. Showtime also has a great view of the mountains from its back deck. Great selection of dvds in the lobby at no charge. The Wi-Fi is a little weak in some rooms, but there is a public computer available in the British style phone booth in the lobby! There is also a pool table in the lobby. We always look forward to the cookies at 7pm and the breakfast in the 50's diner in the morning...LOVE the waffles! The entire staff is friendly and go out of their way to make any accomodation possible. Normal check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11 a.m. The have an early check in option (1pm) or a late check out option (1pm) for an additional charge. When we stayed, we paid an additional $25. for late check out.We have stayed in The Treehouse which is perfect to keep the kids entertained, with all the crawling, climbing, swinging, and gaming. The Dragon's Lair is a cool room with the swinging, pedulum bed...but not recommended if you get motion sick! The bathroom is a dream from the automatic toilet to the heated floors to the tv in the shower to the slide shaped sink. We have also stayed in the Deserted Island (Love the clam shell bed!) and Victorian Spa (love the steam room/sauna). The family rooms can get pricey since there is a charge for each child (pricing is based on double occupancy and each child is an additional $15.00 and $25.00 for each additional adult). Predictably, the prices of the suites increase on special event days/ holidays. We try to go when we can take advantage of the midweek rates since the weekend rates run $70 - $100. higher. Some of the rooms are pet friendly. Plenty of free parking. Nice fire pit area and gift shop. Their website covers most questions you might have. Every night they have a contest on Facebook and whoever is the first to do whatever is posted gets to spin the prize wheel. Always fun! There are plenty of North Conway/White Mountain attractions and restaurants in close proximity but really, if you go to Adventure Suites, it's all about the adventure suite you choose to experience and enjoy! Can't wait to return!

Room Tip: The Adventure Suites website does a great job covering all the amenities in each suite. Not all suit...

I stayed in the Jungle room with my husband and our two children ages 8 & 5 and it was great! The kids room upstairs was great, both my kids slept up there with plenty of room and they enjoyed the tv/playstation too :) The main area was very spacious, hot hut was wonderful and we loved how you can turn on the lights and it looked awesome! There was even a waterfall to make the hot tub complete. The bathroom was wonderful and again very spacious. You have your own private deck looking out at the mountains and it was a great time. I would def stay in this room again.
