I stayed at the Residence Inn for two nights with my partner on a recent visit to New England. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted and very reasonably priced. The hotel staff were all very helpful. Rooms were great. Clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Facilities at the hotel were great. Would definitely recommend this to anyone travelling in New Hampshire.

Excellent two nights in a very comfortable room. Only criticism would be the air conditioning is a little noisy when it is on.

Found this place through trip advisor. North Conway is basically one road with lots of hotels and motels. The place itself is very nice with a communal feel to it. You have to take your luggage to your own room which I love. No pointless tipping just to go up one floor! Free wifi. Free parking. Next to a massive outlet store area. Shops like tommy hilfiger, banana republic etc. Good prices. Room was massive. Very modern. If I came back I would stay here again.

Coming from Boston, I am very familiar with North Conway and have stayed at probably 7-8 hotels here over the years in both the summer and winter. In this trip, I went up in the summer for just 3 nights simply to get into the mountains while it's warm but I Ski and have done so many times in North Conway so I feel that I can recommend it for the winter months as well.

The hotel is in a nice location close to the center of town but you'd certainly have to use a car to get around (which is the case with all hotels in the area). The best thing about this place was the room, which I found wonderful and I did not want to leave. I understand that these hotels are set up for business people who may be staying a while so the room is more like a condo and I could not have been happier.

It was not the cheapest option in North Conway, but I was more than happy to pay (I think $160) a night for that type of comfort and cleanliness. The bed was great, there was a couch and living room area with flat screen T.V., and even a full functioning, very modern kitchen. Very impressive.

If you are planning on staying there spend the extra and get the 1 BR executive, it is worth it.
Probably the nicest place to stay in North Conway. We had to change rooms for our 2 night stay, was a little disappointed the hotel could not work out the same room for 2 nights, but decisions appear to be made at the corporate level and those people have no face contact and likely do not care.
The pool is indoors and tiny, it was clean and worked for us since there was not a lot of people in it since the hotel made it clear upon our arrival that it would be closed for a private party which obviously kept some people away, if they could get more $$$ than we paid for our room since they were sold out would they put us out on the street? It is certainly how we felt. We understand that the hotel needs to make a profit, but when you have only 1 pool and sell it to people outside of the hotel, and exclude your "guests" perhaps you should rethink your objectives.
The breakfast was good but quite a fiasco, allow extra time to wait in lines. It is poorly laid out and severely under serviced. They were constantly running out of things. Once again the hotel was sold out, but this should not have been a surprise, we knew it was sold out since they had to move our room, surely they had an idea of how many people would be at breakfast?
Overall I would recommend the place purely based on the rooms. They are very nicely done, and nearly new.

I highly recommend the Residence Inn. This hotel was fab, spotless and had fantastic rooms. The rooms are modern and very tastefully appointed, also very large. We had the studio suite with king bed and pull out sofa. Nice large flat screen t.v. that swiveled from the sleeping area to the living room area. Very nice touch if you have sleeping/napping kids and want to watch t.v. The room also had free in room wifi. Very nice bathroom, had a hairdryer that worked well (ok to leave your dryer at home). Great stainless/granite kitchens with everything you need, microwave, dishwasher, stove top, fridge. Also had pots, pans, plates, etc. Great money saver to shop and eat at the hotel.
Great hot breakfast buffet, with many choices. Also had a beautiful outside fire pit and built-in grill that you could use or reserve the outside area and seating if you wanted to grill your own food for dinner.
Wonderful warm pool and jacuzzi. Nice workout room too.
We were in North Conway to visit Storyland and continue up to Santa's Village. We chose this hotel based on the reviews here. Very glad we did. Extremely excellent stay, we will certainly be back. Fabulous new hotel with great staff and the price is great.

Just came back from the North Conway with famly and I give this Hotel 2 thumbs up. We stayed Tuesday - Friday. The hotel is spotless and the staff were so friendly and accomodating. The roos themselves are so great. We had a studio (which isall they have) it had the king bed pull out sofa and kitchen. It was so clean and nicely decorated. We had three kids with us and we didn't feel cramped or trapped at all. This was plenty of room for all of us and we stored snacks and drinks in the full size fridge. It has an ice maker and freezer... it was perfect! They offered a full buffet hot/cold breakfast from 6:30-9:30 each morning which was a perk we took advantage of each morning. The staff kept refilling the stations up until 9:30 and still let guest linger well after. The hotel pool was a hit with the kids and it was never over croweded. If you aren't traveling with children .. you might want to skip this pool. We had our children in it every morning and night and did find children there each time. During the week the hotel offers managers socials from 6 -7:30 and we took advantage of wed night BBQ night. Fantastic to come back too after a long day at storyland. The wait for many restaurants we found were just crazy in north conway and we happened apoun a gem which from the outside looks small and sort of like a biker bar.. but we couldn't have been happier when we walked in.. the staff were so pleasent and accomodating to our 3 kids and the other couple with kids we traveled with. To our surprise kids 4 and under eat free!! We had no wait and the food was fantastic. The name of the restaurant was called HILLBILLYS! Def check it out .. great food, no wait, fantastic prices.... this was a total find and 2 thumbs up as well.
One thing that I will ask for next time we go up is to have a room facing the mountains... we didn't have much of a view.. not that I needed one.. but I know now to ask for it!
