“Nice staff, nice hotel”
Reviewed July 30, 2010

2 adults, 3 kids ages 8-10, 3 nights in a 2 bedroom suite:
The rooms are well designed and look nice.
The staff could not be more pleasant.
There's an indoor pool and whirlpool, both of which do what they're supposed to do.
There's breakfast and, basically, dinner available, for free, every day, with burgers and hot dogs available at dinner time.
There's a small basketball court outside. There's a small efficiently designed exercise room.
The hotel is on a stretch of 16 convenient to just about everything, though not in the center of North Conway, so it's missing the charm of that downtown center.
Oh -- there's a small courtyard where you can sit by a fire pit and roast marshmallows, which the kids enjoyed doing.
So, this is a well designed hotel staffed by courteous, kind people with just about whatever you need available. Nice place!

This is my first review of any hotel. I loved it here! I came here with 7 other gals for a bach party for one night. We were shock that the basic studio room had a separate room with a king size bed and the living room had a sofabed along with a kitchen next to it with modern decor, fireplace, granite counters, and appliances like fridge, pots, stove and mircrowave along with dinnerware. Though dinnerware is only enough for 2 ppl i think, so buy more if u have more ppl. So buying food and storing in the fridge was great for a late night get together. The services at the front desk was superb. We arrived at 10:30 am, but our checkin wasn't until 4 pm. They told us they put stickers up to speed up the cleanup once those rooms are checked out at 11am. THey offered us to use the pool for the time being was very informative on local activities. When we came back at 12:30, both rooms was allset. And the rooms was clean, doesn't seem to have skimped on it. They called taxi for us for out nighttime outting. And everything was soo close, you could literally walk. If you do call the taxi/shuttle service, it is more like a $2/person to $3/ person for somewhere a little further uptown, so in my opinion it was mad cheap. And they run until 1:30 am.

The continential breakfast buffet is great! and the occasional free cookie jar, fresh popped popcorn, coffee and tea, and orange infused water was a great touch at the lobby. It definately feels like home here. I could stay for a whole week. But since we only stayed for one night, can't really comment on cleanup service for more than one night stay.

The pool and jaccuzzi is nice with plenty of towers and two open shower head for a quick sprinkle.

This was the cheapest place I found for a basic room at north conway's inn, and this place def exceeded my expectations.Would def return here.

Superb rooms; lots of space, excellent furniture, quiet, good air control, modern kitchen. Much better than usual breakfast. Well located to tour the White Mountains. Also great for families.

We are used to the Residence Inn stays for Business purposes, but the experience is as good with the family!
- The hotel is well located with vast parking.
- The studio room was spacious, very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The service lacked a little as we found two socks from previous guest, the TV remote and TV cable was missing from the Flatscreen TV set in the master bedroom.
- The pool is big enough but was a little too hot to be refreshing. The kids loved it.
- The Manager 5@7 (Mon. to Thu) was very nice with board games for the family. The breakfast items was complete and delicious.
- Our "Coup de Coeur": The BBQ Grill available to guests. Just have to sign it out. We grilled ourselves nice steaks and sausages, in the comfort of the very cozy terasse. A MUST!

We've stayed in 4 other hotels in North Conway over the years. They were all acceptable, but unremarkable. The Marriott North Conway is a different story.
We just returned from a 1 night stay in 2 studio rooms. I traveled with my mother, 2 teenage daughters and their friend. It was by far our best experience in North Conway. We paid the seinor rate for both rooms - even though there was only 1 senior. We arrived at 10:30 am and had 1 room ready by 12:30 pm - even though the hotel was complete booked the night before. The Rooms were large, spotless, offered a full kitchen, king bed and pull out couch. This hotel served a FREE buffet breakfast that was better than some we had where you are charged top dollar (eggs, potatos, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, etc.).
The teenagers and adults alike were thrilled with the experience.
By far my favorite hotel in North Conway!!

We stayed here to do some Spring skiing and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly, rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable. We had a suite with two bedrooms, a kitchen, two full bathrooms and 3 TVs! Breakfast was included and was a fairly generous buffet. Gym was nice. Pool was lovely but our only complaint was that the water was too cold for swimming. Overall, I would highly recommend.

This was by far the best customer service that we have ever experienced. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was cleaned daily. Not only did housekeeping make up our room, they even did the dishes and arranged our son's stuffed animals in a cute fashion on the bed. The room was very spacious and clean (we had a studio suite). The room was very quiet, we couldn't hear anything and the hotel was fully booked during our stay. This was very important to us as our 4 yr old is a very light sleeper. Monday-Thursday in the lobby area they offered free wine, beer and munchies. (This is a free service that the hotel provides but we enjoyed the service from the staff so we tipped) One night was stuffed peppers, another night they barbecued hamburgers, hot dogs, with potato salad and baked beans, they even had a games night for the children. The chocolate cake was delicious not to mention the warm chocolate chip cookies. This was all included in their nightly 6pm-8:30pm social. The free buffet breakfast was also very good. A lot of selection, scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, sausage, yogurt, fruit, waffles, cereal, hot oatmeal with every topping you can think of to put on it, toast, bagels, English muffins etc. The only meal we had to worry about was our lunch. Now for the staff...the service was absolutely wonderful! Our 4 yr old Nicolas quickly made friends with almost all of them. He especially wants me to mention Joanne. His exact words are "Mommy, all hotels should have a Joanne". Joanne was truly amazing. She always made time to say hello and ask how our holiday was going. She also gave Nicolas extra special treatment and made him feel very important. To Julie- thank her for the cookies and smiles (although he also wants me to mention that they're all gone now lol). Nicolas will be posting a you tube video review so you can see first hand what the room looks like and rating the hotel from a child's perspective lol. To Angie, Jessica, and Stuart thank you for such exceptional service. And thank you for arranging for the DVD player Stuart! This is a wonderful hotel with a very accommodating staff. Highly recommended!
