We ate breakfast here two mornings in a row and immensely enjoyed it! Everything we had was delicious, and the prices can't be beat. My co-worker had the steak and eggs one morning and raved about it. We all tried a piece and he was not exaggerating. The steak melted in your mouth. The waitress we had the first morning was very attentive to our needs, especially with the coffee. The second morning, our waitress had to be called over (you seat yourself here), and we repeatedly had to ask for coffee refills. At one point, a co-worker had to get up and go find her. But the food quality was the same! I would highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast.

they are almost always crowded but the staff handles it better than any I have seen. It's crowded because the food is so good and inexpensive. All the breakfasts are very good but the cinnamon raisin French toast is exceptional. The menu has about 6 or7 club sandwiches at very reaqsonable prices that are as good as you can find from NY to Boston. Breakfat is served all day.

Not much to look at from the outside, but this place has the best breakfasts in the area. It's almost always packed, but it's bigger than it looks from the outside, and you'll probably find a table without having to wait. They bake their own bread, and are always coming up with new and interesting twists on breakfast. My favorites are the Southern breakfast, with biscuits and sausage gravy (yes, sausage gravy is a New England staple!), and the chicken-fried steak and eggs. The food is cheap and good, the coffee keeps coming. The Country Kitchen is always busy for a reason!
