Everyone goes to Village and the pizza is great. So are the sandwiches and the salads. On Friday night you can't get in it is so busy but well worth the wait.

I have been going here for almost 20 years and they are so consistent and that is why their pizza and grinders are always so good. I especially love the eggplant grinder it is a favourite. Try a fresh garlic and bacon pizza and you'll never go back to pepperoni. The owners are friendly and the staff well trained.

This place is outdated and old from the inside. The food is average except for the calzones. It's a great place to get a quick bite but there's nothing that this resturant offers to make people keep coming back except for the convenience and location. Nice staff and reasonable prices make this place good for families looking for a budget dinner. The cheese calzone I got was more like a deep dish pie with cheese on the top. I come here for quick food and pizza. It's a place I will come back but not consistantly.

This restaurant is on the main street in Newport. It was lunchtime and this was obviously the place where all the locals go for a good meal. They seem to have a full menu and we enjoyed a meatball sandwich and a salad. The meatball sandwich was excellent, the meatballs were sliced and it was arranged on the bread so it was very easy to fold and eat. We wanted to try the pizza, but they do not sell pizza by the slice. If we are ever back in this area, we will be visiting again so we can try some other the other items on the menu.

had the Greek calzone--small--enough for 2--absolutely delicious--ingredients fresh, and not greasy. Friendly owners. Definitely would go there again.
