“Great calzones. Average salads and pizzas ”
Reviewed December 21, 2013 via mobile

This place is outdated and old from the inside. The food is average except for the calzones. It's a great place to get a quick bite but there's nothing that this resturant offers to make people keep coming back except for the convenience and location. Nice staff and reasonable prices make this place good for families looking for a budget dinner. The cheese calzone I got was more like a deep dish pie with cheese on the top. I come here for quick food and pizza. It's a place I will come back but not consistantly.

“Best meatball sandwich I ever had”
Reviewed September 29, 2013

This restaurant is on the main street in Newport. It was lunchtime and this was obviously the place where all the locals go for a good meal. They seem to have a full menu and we enjoyed a meatball sandwich and a salad. The meatball sandwich was excellent, the meatballs were sliced and it was arranged on the bread so it was very easy to fold and eat. We wanted to try the pizza, but they do not sell pizza by the slice. If we are ever back in this area, we will be visiting again so we can try some other the other items on the menu.

“super calzone”
Reviewed September 17, 2013

had the Greek calzone--small--enough for 2--absolutely delicious--ingredients fresh, and not greasy. Friendly owners. Definitely would go there again.

“Average pizza but we go for family tradition”
Reviewed February 18, 2013 via mobile

Decent pizza, average prices. The restaurant is small but it's never crowded so seating/lines are not an issue. I go here with my family every time we are up skiing at Sunapee, so we bring in a large crowd but they are always great about accomodating us. I like the variety they have for toppings (tons of veggie options like eggplant and artichoke), thick pan crust, but the pizza sauce itself could have more flavor.
