“Aweful”
Reviewed August 8, 2014

Overheard owner of hotel (tom?)speaking rudely to employees. Food was a joke, food was rotten smelling, and staff was too busy to be bothered. Not worth the price we paid for the unclean hotel room. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

“What a treat!”
Reviewed July 28, 2014 via mobile

I don't get the negative reviews here. My wife and I enjoyed one our best meals ever here. We called the chef over to our table to compliment him. He talked about striving to use unusual ingredients - not so much that would freak people out, but to enhance the flavors. For example, in the Country Chicken Casserole (which my wife described as the best dish she'd had in a long time) the smoky flavor of the Gouda cheese enhances the maple chicken. Add in carmelized onions, spinach and sweet potatoes, and you have a winner! I had the cottage pie, the chef's take on shepherd's pie - and it did not disappoint. The lava cake was outstanding. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We would have liked more seating options not around high tables, but other than that, this place deserves high marks!

“Dinner ”
Reviewed June 12, 2014 via mobile

Chef Paul did not disappoint. The stuffed burgers and off the edge chicken wings with his special spicy sweet sauce were amazing. The firecracker shrimp with the same sauce were divine. With Michelle at the bar making excellent drinks it made for a great dinner. Wish they had been open our entire visit because this is where we would have dined every night. Kudos to all.
